Where is trait skilled
i have strange problem, i got new vegas ultimate edition and i cant see trait skilled when i create character. Any idea how to fix ?

It sounds like your DLC Old World Blues is not installed properly or is not recognized (skilled is added by OWB). On your loading screen click on "Data Files" and make sure OWB is present and checked.

edit: also, verify integrity of game files.

If you just bought the DLC for an existing and installed base game, then you must do a file validation (or uncheck and re-check the DLCs in the client) to force Steam to download the DLCs. COmmon Steam client issue since forever.
