Help Requested: Can't reach Salt-On-Wounds in Crush the White Legs Quest

I'm at the point where Joshua Graham leaves me as a companion looking for an alternative route after the explosions are set off.

I head into the Three Marys Cavern but can only exit the way I came in. I understand I should be able to leave via an alternative exit to encounter Salt-On-Wounds but for some reason the path is blocked.

Any help appreciated

It is one of the bugs that can occur if you ran ahead too far. You need to wait for Graham and hear his entire line of splitting up, then watching him start to go his way. That triggers the second half of that route and the final cut-scene/dialogue options.

i've got a similar problem, i entered the three marys cavern and now i cant leave by either exit, when i do the game crashes, does anyone know the console command to set the quest stages?
