This is confusing
So I walk into Nelson and start attacking it and kill all the legion members there,
Then I walk into the barracks and some guy called "Dead Sea" for some reason doesn't attack me and calles me "Awe". Why? I'm vilified by Legion!

He just woke up from a long nap man. He doesn't know what's going on outside nor your reputation

That is a very strange sub-cell, because it often leaves the Legion members neutral. Dead Sea is involved one of the Legion quests, this is why he starts neutral.
