Joshua Graham
Caesar lit him on fire and threw him in the canyon 4 years before the events of new vegas, so why does he still need bandages on his head and arms? I know he would look disfigured but i dont think after 4 years he would still need the bandages.

I suspect that he still wears them as a reminder to himself to not forget about what happened to him, and as a visual lesson to the Sorrows and the Dead Horses to not make the same mistakes.

Third-degree burns take years to heal, if they ever do.

Joshua even specifically mentions that exposing his skin to the air causes him great pain. And yeah, the skin does heal eventually but remains disfigured by third degree burns.

Maybe he's still smouldering.

"Tony Yarijanian's odds for survival were long after suffering burns over more than 90% of his body in 2004 in a gas explosion in his wife's La Crescenta tanning salon.

Hospital staff told his wife to bring their two children to say their farewells, but she refused to give up, Yarijanian said. Six years, 49 surgeries and 60 blood transfusions later, he can see and walk again. He even has fingernails and facial hair, he said. Best of all, he can spend time with his family."

Actually, in the files, you can see him without them...he kinda looks like Colonel Autumn from F3.

There’s a mod that merges his bandages and his face, making him look more burnt, around his eyes and such. Kinda like Two-Face.

The wonder that is Joshua Graham!

props for trying to cite a source but not a very apples-to-apples comparison...

it does take you longer to heal when ppl keep cutting on and lasering you etc. :P
