I've checked countless times with FNVEdit and loot. No missing master, no bad overwrites. I'm below the max plugin limit. When the game starts from NVSE launcher, the music plays and acts fine but all I can see is a black screen. Drivers for PC is all up to date. Was wondering if anyone could help me fix this. Thank you

It's the ENB. Ditch it, delete your INI files form Documents\My Games\falloutnv, and in the game launcher settings, set up your hardware again.

By the way, you are about 15-20 mods over the game's practical mod handling limit.

♥♥♥♥, That ENB is extremely good looking though. Should I play with no ENB or do you have a ENB you could reccomend that doesn't cause black screens? Thanks for the help btw

If one ENB causes a black screen, chances are, most of them will (but not all). If you don't mind constantly re-initialising your game, you can experiment.
Or just download the Dynavision 3 mod and get mostly the same result.

Alright, I did as you said and it worked. Game runs fine now. I think i'll just go with Dynavision mod then. Thanks talgaby

Hey, the removing of the ENB and ini files and reinstall them from opening the game worked. After a day, I came back to play and I am getting the black screen again. Same mod load order, no ENB or ENB series in the directory. I'm just really confused right now.

Something is stuck in those INI files. Repeat the same thing then each day. Chances are, you only need to set the resolution each time, so it is only a few-second hassle.
For a long-term solution, you can try to delete the default INIs stored in the game installation folder as well, then revalidate your files before you set up your graphics settings again in the launcher.

I did that, the game finally loaded up with the screen visible. It then got stuck at the logo. I looked around and someone said to rename your menu folder which I use a few HUD mods. It freakin worked. I was able to actually get past the main menu and into the game. Anyway, thank you for your help. I'll mark this topic as cleared
