Project Nevada.
Hey guys so I was looking at what it changes (I already have it installed). Specifically around the rebalance section. I was curious to see what you guys thought about it. I'll copy paste it at the end of this for easy reference. One thing that I'm concerned with is the level cap and how hungry and thirsty you constantly get. Not sure if the need for food and water is made more extreme by me playing on the survival difficulty.
Regards.

This module aims to bring back the challenge and balance known from Fallout3 Wanderers Edition and includes many tweaks to the FNV gameplay and difficulty.
Combat will be quicker and deadlier and survival much harder.

These changes are aimed to be very subtle and non-intrusive, making the game more challenging without inconveniencing the player.
As usual, the Control Panel allows players to freely customize most settings according to their personal preferences.

The vanilla PN values mean you need to eat about once a day, drink twice, and sleep in every 36 hours or so. The original values were around eat in two days, drink daily, and sleep every 2.5-3 days.
The carry weight and HP adjustments were adjusted to ensure you get the same theoretical maximum, but start lower with higher rewards for high SPECIAL stats.

The things you will really feel are the smaller drop distance (you get hurt from a roughly 3-meter drop now instead of 5 meter-ish) and the much higher radiation gain (you cannot tank most larger radiated areas any more without RadAway).

The other tweaks can be easily toggled if you do not want them.

Ohhh the radiation... Believe me I felt that while getting the pulse gun in the brotherhood quest... I went through about 30 rad aways and in the end I came out of the vault with practically no HP, most of my limbs crippled and deadly rad poisoning. That was traumatic to say the least hahaha

I think that drink and sleep stuff is only when hardcore is enabled. No idea whether you play with it or not.
