You become this unstoppable healing machine that can't be killed.

I can drink a single sassparilla and get back like 175 HP from 1 drink.

Yes, but I used it for stealth boys to be cloaked for nearly forever. Combined with your ability to farm them in OWB, you can stay cloaked the entire game even without mods. People like to dismiss Logan's Loophole because of the level 30 lock, but it is probably the strongest trait in the entire game.
