Getting Less than 60fps with a new GTX 1070 and AMD FX 8350
What could be the issue? My friend with the same CPU and GPU also gets better frames than me on PUBG by a wide margin. Temps are good, too.

That's strange because I've got a GTX 1060 and an AMD FX 8320E and even on Ultra I'm getting between 57 and 63 fps consistently.

edit: Is your power profile in Windows set to performance? What about the settings inside the Nvidia control panel?

I changed that and it helped out some. I did a benchmark and apparently my new CPU is underperforming compared to other 8350's

That CPU should handle this game, despite the FX line not being suited to run this.
I thin you have some software issues there, maybe too much junk running on your PC or your hard drive the game/system on is not performing too well. Technically can also be a memory issue (too slow, too little).
