Colonel Moore bug

I just finished the quest You'll know when it happens but she just asks me about the khans and nothing else.
Is there a way to fix it?

I typed the code in the console and completed the khans mission but colonel is the same, did I miss something?

Which quest are you supposed to do next? Because after the Khans, you should be asked to deal with the Omertas.

I donwloaded a mod way back then when it happened to me, which adds a piece of (odd) dialogue that lets you keep going. And after I did the small dialogue I istantly deactivated it. I still keep close in chance i may go do that quest in a new run. Ill try and find it you need it.

I already killed the omertas,it just tells me to Return to Colonel Moore and report that the president Kimball has safely left

What exactly does she say when you speak to her?
I can look in the Geck and get you the required console commands.

I misinterpreted that first objective earlier, but it doesn't matter.

These are required for Moore's dialogue about the khans being destroyed. You need to tell her what you've done, and she will ask about the Omertas, then Mr House and the Brotherhood before her president greeting comes up.
