20 fps loading screens. Any advice?
Any and all loadings screens run at 20 fps. actual game running at 60 fps with zero drops. currently playing on ultra settings. Tried other settings but no difference. Any help or advice?

That's just how it is.

You can get it to around 40 fps if you enable Experimental settings and ReduceSleep in the Stutter Remover's config. I have no clue what else that change does to affect the game ftr.

some people (me) think that it may be like Fallout 4's loading where it loads depending on how big your save is and how high your FPS is. Not joking, either, Fallout 4 will load faster the higher youor FPS is in the loading screen.

Uhm, no. The framerate is high there because it manages to load fast, not the other way around.

The experimental stutter remover features listed above can boost the framerate during the load screens, but it won't speed up the loading itself. My guess would be that it only makes loading images switch around twice as fast.

Why do you care about the FPS on a loading screen? If it's a static image why just not have 1 FPS and let the processing power be used for loading instead?

And that is what many games actually do, drop framerate to 1.
This one has a moving element though, and it can be annoying, because it just makes the eye go there and seeing the wheel chug along choppily can be infuriating for some.
