COC teleport command not working [game breaking plz help]

Tried coc 0010d512 for Lucky 38 Casino and coc 0010beee for North Vegas Strip Entrance neither work also tried using player.coc that didn't work either. Trying to do this because the game is glitched, the sliding doors to lucky 38 opened but the interior doors to the building are all non-functional, breaking the game and disallowing me from doing anything in the game right now basically

The coc commands needs the name of the cell, not its ID. For example, this is the teleport command to the Lucky 38 lobby:

coc Lucky38CasinoFloor01

Thanks, hopefully this should bypass whatever issue the lucky 38 doors have on the outside

I used this to fix a new vegas bounties quest and now freeside north gate loads and not the regular freeside. any chance you know how to fix this?

i just tried the coc command with the gun runner headquarters but it just freezes and wont teleport me
