How to do a 100% fresh install
So... I'm a rather avid modder. Been doing it for several years. It was only until recently that I actually figured out how to properly an ENB.

That being said, using an ENB causes too much of a FPS drop for my liking, so I tried to uninstall it. Emphasis on "tried". I just compared the files of the ENB to the ones I copied into the FNV directory, and deleted those. And being a dunce, I didn't backup anything.

And now the game isn't working, even though I have literally no mods installed (With the exception of NVSE). The question is in the title. I wanna be able to start from absolute scratch.

You need the standard uninstall, then manually delete the game's folder from steamapps/common, then the configuration files from Documents\My Games\falloutnv (be careful, your saves are also there).
ENB uninstall only requires config file deletion though, just don't forget to go back to the Options menu in the launcher to recreate your hardware config after that.
