run the lucky 38 mod help needed
i teleport to the pump for the hotel but (iv been in it before) but now its missing and this is what i see when i teleport to it http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198050927126/screenshot/857228555077382745

Something is overwriting the mod's cell modifications. Assuming it is not a load order issue, it may be something you installed after it.

iv tried disabling all other mods and even reinstalling it to make sure no files was being overridden its even set to be the first thing loaded before all other mods

If it is loaded before other mods, then everything after it can override it.

well now its set as the LAST mod to load and its still broken
