Open strip and freeside mod help (and another question)
I found mods that makes the strip all one space instead of 3 and freeside's 2 spaces gets combined but some of the comments on the nexus sound like they are unstable, but i cant tell if thats before or after patches. So anyone using either mods know if they actually work?

ALSO, completely different but i didnt want to spam the discussions so i have another question:

Should i use NVSE or NVAC even if i dont experience crashing or any other problems? I downloaded like 20+ mods with FOMM. The biggest probably being YUP the rest are quest fixes, minor bug fixes, change in aesthetics, stuff like that. But for the most part i have no change in performance or issues with crashing, like at all. So is NVSE and NVAC really needed? I have made it to boulder city and not one problem besides the occasional stutter.

They work, yes, and they are also unstable. Those places were separated to smaller parts because the engine consistently cannot handle that amount of data at once, and it loves to crash with memory overflow or simple the scripting engine not knowing what to do.
But they work. You get one world space, the quest work, NPCs walk around all the place.

NVSE is required for many mods anyway. NVAC gives better stability in quite a few aspects. There is zero reason not to use it.

I haven't had any crashes with either of the mods [yet]. Just the stuttering that's to be expected with all those NPCs around. Luckily there isn't too much fighting that goes on in either areas so it's not a huge issue to me.

I did notice that the quest "Bye Bye Love" is a bit glitched when using the mods (well at least the Freeside mod I presume). The ladies will enter Freeside with you, but Joana and one of the girls will wind up on the North end of Freeside. Not sure if they'll work their way back to where they're supposed to be if you just wait or if you have to move into that cell to get it to load. I just ran down to that end following the quest marker. They'll cut through the building across from the Silver Rush, the one that used to be an entrance to the other part of Freeside. I did the quest twice and both times it happened.
