Honest Hearts 100 pound limit - Will my extra stuff be here when im back from the DLC?
I have 260 pounds right now,a nd need less then 100 for Honest Hearts.

Will my stuff be in the same place if I store it, and come back after completing the DLC?

Yes.

I'd recommend storing it in the Lucky 38 Presidential Suite as it's a central location on the map with safe storage.

Depends on what container, most wouln't. Any in player homes should be safe.

you can put inside the crate in the Passage, its safe

I wouldn't trust it, simply because I did that with Fallout 3 with a random container near the entrance to The Pitt and lost everything. I'd definitely take the extra minute to stash it in the Lucky 38. You can take as much as you can in one trip, stash the rest, then fast travel back to the container for the rest. I think the reset for containers is similar to aggro resets (72 hours, but completing a DLC usually takes at least that long)

I've left my things right outside the entrance to the Northern Passage and it didn't disappear after finishing the DLC. It's possible for things to fall through the ground but I have yet to experience that issue when using that spot.

tgm until you get to where you want to be to unload .. tgm again will exit then continiue. Cheat rather than lose everything. lol

If you store it in the container that offer you or in the containers in the player home, it will still be there when you get back.

Anywhere else and if you're gone more than a few days it won't.

I used weight limit extended mod that time so its pretty hard to dumb a bunch of crap from around over 1,000 down to below 100...difficult than dlc itself lol

The hell do you need that much stuff for? Even the original 75 pound limit is generous enough.
At any rate, yes, you can just put the stuff in the nearby crate and it will be there when you come back.
