Help with getting all implants.

I have 10 intelligence already, so is there a way to cheat and buy the implant?

But if you mean the implants themselfs you need 8 to get all of the inplants

Or edit the conversation tree in GECK to disable the check and save it as your own mod. Your IN will still won't go effectively over 10 though, the game cannot really do anything with SPECIAL stats over 10.

I tried modav but I'm still locked out of getting it. How do you modify the dialogue in GECK?

You could try just adding the perks id through the console but I don't know how that challenge works so it may not complete it

Implants are based on what the level of your endurance is, thats the number of implants you can get, not sure if OWB's implants count

Have you reached the limit or is something else preventing you from getting it?

What values are shown for nImplantsInstalled and bImplantLimitReached?

The script on Usanagi's greeting 14b057 sets the limit as reached every time you speak to her when your number of implants is equal to your endurance.
