Can't Sell Rocket Souvenir

When I'm selling items rocket souvenir doesn't appear in my inventory, I've tried selling to Old Lady Gibson, Chet and Johnson Nash.

It's a quest item, so it has no weight and cannot be sold.

You can remove the quest status with console commands, which lets you place them in the world. I like decorating with the atomic cocktail, rocket, and the 13 round rocket magazines for the red glare. It's a nice compromise between Bethesda land fallout, and the handful of things they added that were good, and what came before it, what inspired it, and how you're doing this thing because you wanted to, not because you were told by others that thou must do thus.
