How do you install mods with out nexus use on steam

I have been playing this game and have around 100+ hours on it I beat it twice dlc included and am in need of some new missions to venture on anyone that can help with this would be greatly appreciated

If you mean without ever touching Nexus, then a handful of them are on ModDB and some sex mods are hosted at LoversLab. If you mean without Nexus Mod Manager, you can install them using some other mod manager (FOMM, ModOrganizer), or manually. Although the latter is an almost surefire way to break the game.

this game dose not have a steam workshop page you'r gonna have to youse nexus, moddb or some outher place. do know nexus mod manager is very ez to install and mod with it may not be a one button and done but it is a lot better then installing mods by hand.

Just out of curiosity, why not the Nexus? You can register for a free account on there.

In any case, talgaby has given a perfect answer. ModDB and LL are the other "major" modding sites, though Nexus dwarfs them by a large margin regardless. You have limited access to mods on GUNetwork as well if you register for an account.

Console does tho

FO NV is not on a console that can be modded. I know Skrim SE and FO4 on console will dissable cheevo's and P.C too but what about NV on PC, no i take it?

You don't need to pay to get their mods, just for no ads and higher speed servers to download from.
