Is there a good place to restore karma in FONV?
Because I am basically Evil Incarnate. I stole a crap of stuff... killed lots of traveling merchants and even killed some NCR soldiers! How do I raise my karma to become the second coming of christ?

Welp, guess I should start that quest to kill cook cook, driver nephi, and purple bit- I mean violet.

The surprising thing is that you reached Very Evil karma in the first place.

But yeah, killing ferals and Fiends are the fastest way.

If you use YUP bug fix mod like me, no more killing fiends to restore karma
fixed that bug

Yeah, I guess stealing a ton of stuff to get what I want and murdering people will make you Evil.

How the hell did you even manage to get to beyond slightly evil?
At any rate, yes, go to the Fiend territory and just kill them. Then quick-travel tot he nuclear testing site and kill all ghouls. Alternate between the two and you should be regarded a saint for murdering endlessly.

I really dislike how all it takes to raise your karma in this game is to just run around killing more people. My favorite method used to be butchering the Omertas. They respawn, so you can do it over and over again, and they're also friendly, so you can just sneak kill them all and sell their shotguns and knives for 1000-2000 caps.

And then I modded my game so that I don't get karma for killing people anymore. I personally consider the system now fixed.

Well, yeah, but it's pretty hard to earn and mantain bad karma. Unless you murder every innocent being, it's very hard to get very evil karma just by stealing, specially since kiling ferals and fiends will take it back to neutral in just some kills.

Karma is pointless in NV, it's all about the faction.
The ncr hate you because you have been killing ncr and have negative rep with them, it's got nothing to do with karma.

I find it funny how boone says a murderer who does good deeds is still a murderer, but as soon as you do a good deed, everyone completely forgets you shot up every casino on the strip

I think it's stupid how murdering even more people counts as "a good deed."
Also shooting up every casino on the strip is net positive karma I think.

Running in and killing a bunch of innocent gamblers is postive karma?

Gamblers aren't the only people in casinos. I'm not sure, but i believe that the White Glove Society (at least I know that Mortimer and Philippe have evil karma) and the Omertas have evil karma, so killing them could score you good karma.
