That's the problem right there -first playthrough hunh?
Made the same mistake myself way back -is pretty common.

GRA mods are only compatible with GRA weapons - the same applies to standard mods and weapons where standard mods are not compatible with GRA weapons.

GRA mod + GRA weapon (GRA weapons and mods are identified with a GRA prefix)
Standard mod + standard weapon

Most (like every) special "named" weapon will not accept any mod at all be it GRA or standard. As with most limitations in FO3 & NV --there's a mod for that and weapon's modifications are no exception. I recommend playing the game through completely prior to ever considering modding though.

Take care.

I found the Antimaterial rifle in the dlc lonesome road and the uprades doesn't say GRA in any part.

Where can i find the GRA version of the Antimaterial rifle? I already checked in the hidden valley bunker and did't found it

GRA weapons and mods are geenerally distributed by Gun Runners, but can be obtained from other vendors as well on occasion. The Gun Runners outside of New Vegas is my favorite place to get GRA Anti-material Rifles and GRA 12.7 sub-machine guns and all their mods respectively.

Hope this helps.

NP.

Enjoy and have fun.

There are perks that lessen overall weapons weight that buff their effectiveness regarding player character strength (FYI) - go get em!

Take care.

The Gun Runners' stock is very hectic and random; they have a set of unique weapons always on sale, but otherwise what they have is randomised. So don't expect to get a GRA variant of the Hecaté II right away, even if that version is relatively common to pop up at them.

All i want is find a way to use the uprades i got for it. i hope the GRA version can handle those uprades.

It can, it is just a question of a randomised list whether if it will be available for purchase at any given time. Vendors refresh their non-mandatory inventories every 4 in-game days (well, 3 and 4 in vanilla), so even if you are not lucky, you can try a few days later. Also, many merchants could just randomly have one in stock.

It must say ( GRA ) at the end to accept gra mods, for example "Anti-Materiel Rifle ( GRA )"

Some mods existed before GRA. However, the mods added in GRA require the GRA variant of the weapon, which can be bought from the Gun Runners and sometimes other vendors, to be applied.

(gra) mods go on (gra) weapons, mods and weapons that don't have (GRA) on the end go together as well. They DO NOT mix
