Messed up how? Textures disappear? Wrong skybox? Black textures? Purple textures? Skin textures not matching meshes? Texture pop-in? LOD issues? "I have a problem" is not particularly precise to do anything with it.

All of these. Reinstalling doesnt fix. ,_,
I heard ArchiveInvalidation is outdated
Then you have too many textures. (I also don't see why you need more than one merged patch either. If you modify your mod order, then delete and rebuild it.) Lighten the load on the game, and get the Texture Optimizer program from the Skyrim or Fallout 4 Nexus and run it through your New Vegas directory after you are done trimming your texture packs. Also, get NVSE + Stutter Remover, and use the latter's ini file to just let it do anything memory-related possible.

Edit: If you mean you use the individual ArchiveInvalidation mod, then it is incredibly outdated, yes. Use a mod manager (FOMM, NMM, ModOrganizer) and let it handle archive invalidation.

Load less plugins.
Just like that? ez
So 139 mods is ok? I just wanna play the damn game.
It is the limit. The closer you are to that number, the bigger the chance for it to not work properly.

The limit that was mentioned is a plugin limit, not a mod limit. A mod may have one or more plugins. It may also have none at all, if it just replaces assets.

A plugin is any file of the type ESP or ESM. These are the files that appear in your load order. Every one of them count towards your plugin limit, whether they're from offical DLC or mods and whether they're active or inactive. If you have inactive plugins in your load order, remove them from the data folder.

A merged patch is one plugin, usually generated by FNVEdit. A merged patch does not merge any of your plugins together, it only merges certain list records from inside your plugins to reduce the chance of conflicts.

Load your merged patch with whatever plugins you had active when it was created. Recreate your merged patch any time you add or remove plugins to your load order.
