Realistic Wasteland Lighting.
Don't recall the fix, but should be on the mod page.

Realistic Wasteland Lighting is plain cool anyway so if that fixes the problem you won't regret the solution anyway and it works well with Ojo from what I've seen in the past.

Balls.
Put Realistic Wasteland Lighting dead last in your load order.
Toggle archive invalidation and try again.

If that doesn't work, there is an alternative sun texture on the mod page that might fix it.
Be sure to toggle archive invalidation again before running the game.

You using a mod manager?
NMM or FOMM?
In NMM, in the Plugins tab, use the arrows to move it up or down.

In FOMM, drag it to where you want it.

For manual install, try using LOOT to see if there are conflicts.

It is a very obvious option in the mod manager's main menu.
