Is there a way to figure out which mods are causing crashes?
Game crashes every ~10 minutes, bug surprise there. My hunch is Fallout 4 quickloot system but I just can't find out for sure. I tried using Windows Event Logs but got nothing there. Any other ways to find out?

Disable them 1 by 1 until the crashing stops... Not very efficient, but, well... sorry.

Figures that that's the only solution... With such limited time it's just hard to do that all in one day. I don't have a ton of mods but to play through till an expected crash.. that's a lot of time to accumulate

Any mods made before the last game patch (July 7 2011) might cause crashes too because things changed id numbers between patches. Ones with a esp or esm that is. while mesh and textures mods are fine on their own.

The most likely suspects, in order are: mobile truck base, more traits/perks, PON-3, and AWOP. The Strip Open usually destroys most any PCs once you enter that world cell.

I found out that it as UIO and Fallout 4 quickloot. Maybe I just have then in an incorrect load order
Its certainly not the ones you listed, I've had those forever well before the crashing started

Could be, but large mods can destroy your save file over time as well. ElectroCity, ILO are known to do that, but AWOP can be a sneaky one too. Reactive people and the Northern firearms (or something like that) also works well for some time, then eventually they break down.
The problem is usually that the longer you play, the more scripts start running all over the place, and eventually the engine messes one of them up.

Well I can tell you you litterally went almost double the amount of plugins that the game can even manage to handle. NV might do 135 without problems. Beyond that and it will be hell

Yep, get rid of at least 90 plug-ins.
And Hellmare, there is not need to quote a 210-line message when it is right on top of you.

Try reinstalling 4GB NV and make sure you have all the compatibility patches you need for your other mods

The only reason Skyrim (Special Edition) and Fallout 4 can handle up to around 240 plugins is because they use a 64-bit engine, while New Vegas still uses a 32-bit engine. Which really is a cripple in modding.

You got too many things that conflict with each other. For example you have a sprint mod, and project Nevada which also gives a sprint.

Honestly you have A LOT of work there to fix those mod conflicts.

You're better off uninstalling the game and starting from scratch, closely reading every mod readme, specifically requirements and conflicts, before installing them.

Yeah have the 4GB patch already, thanks for the other advices I will start from scratch and try activating the mods 1 by 1 with TTW as my starting point.
