Its certainly not the ones you listed, I've had those forever well before the crashing started
The problem is usually that the longer you play, the more scripts start running all over the place, and eventually the engine messes one of them up.
And Hellmare, there is not need to quote a 210-line message when it is right on top of you.
Ah ok crap, thought it would be able to handle 255 just like Skyrim. Thanks guys.

load order is now this but it still crashes
Honestly you have A LOT of work there to fix those mod conflicts.
You're better off uninstalling the game and starting from scratch, closely reading every mod readme, specifically requirements and conflicts, before installing them.
