No fix unfortunatley, I did try the enb on a vanilla game and it surprisingly fixed the issue,
Ill have to look into whats causing it and post it if I find it.
But I've still had issues as well on certain ENB presets. Have you tried the transperency fix? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49420/?
The enb im describing involves distant objects and terrain.
The fix you mentioned only covers the first person weapon transprency, also I think it's now outdated, as any enb i've used has not had that issue.
I fixed it! after weeks of painful trial and error I found the issue.
While Anisotropic Filtering and AA are disabled in The FNV Launcher
THEY ARE NOT DISABLED IN MOD ORGANIZER, they have thier own ini inside MO
The offenders were 'iMaxAnisotropy = 0; iMultiSample =0;
set these both to zero and you should be good.
Bahahah! I hate when it's such a simple fix. Good that you figured it out though.
-Inside MO click the jigsaw looking icon on the top toolbar
-Click ini editor
-Adjust the variables inside falloutprefs.ini and fallout.ini respectively
