DLC not showing up?????
I bought the Unlimited Edition and I go to my game and the DLC doesn't want to install. I've checked DLC in the Library but it doesn't pop up. Help?

Actually DLC tab doesn't even pop up!

Do you see them in the data files section of the launcher? Installing the Ultimate Edition should have already downloaded the DLC's repective esm and bsa files to the data folder.

If you don't see "Ultimate" there, then you don't have that edition.
If you do see it, first try to change the language to German, revalidate files, change it back, revalidate again; or, if still nothing, contact Steam support and specify that Steam failed to properly assign you all apps from the package you bought. Emphasise it is not Bethesda's fault as Steam says you own a package but not all items are present from it, meaning it is a database error from Valve's side.
(It is important as Steam support by default auto-rejects every issue related to his game with a message saying contact Bethesda.)
