Search for a mod in the workshop ... i think it's called Admin Tools or something like that. Gives you a menu with spawn options

Use this admin tool mod, works on a rented server

VPP and COT are probably the most popular

For a beginner I would use Zomberry Admin Tools because it is very simple. It lets you spawn items but lacks many of the advanced features found in other admin tools (such as the ones recommended above).

Personally, I like to use Zomberry along with VPPAdminTools .. Zomberry has simpler key-binding for basic Admin taasks, but as you say, VPPAdminTools is a little more feature-filled.
- One downside of CommunityOnlineTools, if as an admin, you use GodMode, it automatically "repairs" any item you interact with to "Pristine" condition .. this can be problematic if you are not Admining 100% of the time, and wanting to have to do the normal repairs of your stuff to keep them usable.
