==== Hermits Tree House ====

Hermits Tree house is ideal for players starting either new characters or the hunter/archer type or wish to live in some solitude.

==== FEATURES ====

> Exceptional attention to detail!

> No interior cells! Look out the window to admire the view!

> Tanning rack & wood chopping block included. This mod isn't desgined as a large house, so please do not ask if I can add this or add that.

> Storage and display including two weapon racks and non- respawning player owned chest.

> The location is ready to fast travel to (see pictures above). Look North of Riverwood on the map.

> For those interested in finding the old hermits grave and are having trouble, check above for the screenshot which shows where to start looking. The reward is not over the top since I partly desgined it for new players.

Please remember to rate this mod thumbs up if you enjoy what I've done, feedback is welcome as well!

I hope you enjoy the Hermits Tree House!

A. The creation kit has a known bug that sometimes fails to load large statics. Simply fast travel back and forth a few times (to another location pref a few cells away- the nearest minor town works) as it is the best remedy for this until Bethesda provide a fix. This castle may be affected more than others because this castle doesn't use a pre-built house model. I design the exterior from scratch and make it the shape I want, so it involves many more pieces!

A. Most of the time this is due to authors updating their mods, house mods especially, and as this description mentions several times, backup those data files and save games to avoid the headache! Delete the lastest data file and restore your backup of the previous version to revert to a last known good configuration.

A. Scripting the spouse to move in is a little harder than you think. Hence why almost no house mods have it. Try this mod by 'Amgepo & Emma' that allows your spouse to live anywhere;

In regards to NPC's not functioning properly: Quote from the creation kit webpage "There is currently an issue causing navmeshes in .ESPs to stop working if you travel a few cells away from where they are placed. NPCs stop moving and will not resume until the game is restarted. This issue is being addressed, and a fix is in the works."

A. This is another Creation kit bug. If they are walking or not displaying armour try fast travelling or save game re-load. If they are not in the right spot, go to where the trigger is (where they should be) and equip them with armour. 9/10 times they will appear back in the right spot!

>Q. MY NPC HAS A GREY FACE (not applicable to this particular mod)..
A. Another creation kit bug. A permanent fix by Bethesda will eventually happen I hope. This bug affects all new NPC's created and even copied versions of exsisting NPC's. And yes, I am aware of the crtl+F4 method (export face gen data method) in the CK, for me it works, on upload to the workshop however, it seems to not apply to everyone else.

A. This can be from many things. Load order, conflicting mods or corrupt save/data files are common causes. Unfortunately there is not much I can do as the mod is fine, just some incompatibility has arisen. Until then try using a clean save or sort the mod in a higher load order.

>Please try these general troubleshooting tips for any difficulties;

-- Reload your save game or load a different save game.
-- Fast travel to another location then come back to the problem area.
-- Exit Skyrim then restart it again.
-- Disable all mods via Skyrim (un-check the boxes) then enable them all again. Load orders can be issues as well.
-- Use your backup of the plugin data file as described in the first question above.

I'm subscribing this for my Bosmer druid. Very cool choice of music for the first video - Aticus Ross, Panoramic from Book of Eli. :D

I adore this mod, and the view over the valley into Whiterun is stunning! Thank you for all the time and effort put into this wonderful little retreat. I have a screenshot of Hawkeye enjoying a beer and the sunset over Skyrim.

Could you please insert an apostrophe into the name on the map? If it's not there, this modification will drive me nuts.

Hello there crimson! I am currently in game using your mod while typing, this, just found germunds grave, and i have to say, this mod is fantastic. There is one thing i do want to say. It's not criticism or trying to point out any mistakes, im doing this to try and improve the mod because i love it. Some of the rocks you can climb up had untextured bottoms, which allowed me to see right through.
These are the screenshots (one close-up, one zoomed out to try and give you the general location).
By the way, its on the first set of climbable rocks that i found this, if that makes it any easier for you.
Thanks for putting this mod on here, it is one of my favourite (which is actually pretty hard to achieve because i love graphical mods more than anything else)
Also, sorry for this huge chunk of writing ^ I get carried away sometimes.

Hi, im afraid I have a bit of an issue. My followers can NEVER get on the tree house, no matter what, and I would like to set their home there. Any help?
