My collection to have the best HL2 Co-op experience with your friends, almost all of this content is on visual upgrades. Lambda is the best co-op HL2 campaign in my opinion, highly customisable, download the github version of lambda if you are hosting.

Remember to bind lean commands for simple leaning for all players.
