Description
Valice Studios | ACE Static Line Jump

Gory, gory, what a helluva way to die!

Static Line Jumps as they were meant to be: with ACE interaction!
Equip a parachute or have one spawn for you, ACE interact from any transport plane or helicopter, and JUMP!

Huge thank you to the collaborative effort from several folks in Blackwatch PMC in testing and development. This mod would not have the quality or functionality without you all.
Thank you also to commy2 for assisting TunedBW on r/ArmaDev with some initial questions integrating with ACE.

Main Features

-Full functionality via ACE3 interact
-Jump with a parachute backpack, or have one spawn automatically
-Players must "Stand Up", "Hook Up" and then jump to prevent accidental jumps. Both actions can be reversed to "Unhook" and "Sit Down"
-Compatible with ANY parachute mod, or vanilla parachutes, including SOG: Prairie Fire
-Compatible with ALL fixed wing and rotary wing transports, from ANY mod (including RHS, CUP, USAF, IFA3)
-Multiplayer, Dedicated Server, JIP compatible
-SOG: Prairie Fire Parachutes now fully supported (see changelog for details)


Additional Features

-CBA settings for requirement to be equipped and default parachute classname
-Backpack automatically moved onto chest if parachute is spawned for you
-Players must be in passenger seats (fire from vehicle is considered crew)
-Aircraft must be above 100m ATL before you can perform the jump after hooking up


Required Addons:

-ACE3
-CBA
-BackpackonChest - Redux

Future Additions:

-Drop backpack to tether Future update for BoC - Redux will include this.
-Chance of parachute failure (customizable through CBA)
-NODs will be knocked off when a reserve parachute is deployed (CBA setting to turn on/off)
-Buddy check and jump master gear check to reduce chance of failure
-Multi-lingual support (Send us your translations!!!)


AI jumps work with some limitations. The jump has to be done manually for AI by calling the final static line jump script for each AI unit. AI pilots will try to land when this is called, so either a player pilot or a recorded flight path is recommended. AI pilots for player jumps work just fine.
AI jump functionality may be improved on in the future, but it's at the bottom of the list as of right now.

Known issues:
-Exiting the aircraft while "Standing" or "Hooked Up" won't reset the status of either, and you can re-enter the vehicle with the ability to hook up or static line jump once above 100m ATL
-Fire From Vehicle (FFV) seats like the door seats on a Blackhawk are technically 'crew', and do not allow you to static line jump from them

Hey for some reason the parachute model is gone it looks like a normal stearble parachute does anyone know how to get the T10 back?

Can you add a "master drop" where you can select in the mouse wheel menu that all the hacked ones are dropped in a row to the right and left?

@Kerozen Ai squadmates jumping will likely be added down the road, but never for players. That would defeat the entire "skill" aspect of conducting/coordinating a jump.

Is it possible to make it so the teamleader jumps and automatically bring everyone with him with some spacing/delay?

We just updated the mod to support the Prairie Fire parachute classnames. GM seems to be using the Vanilla parachute base classname, and I just confirmed full functionality.
