[1.0] Polyamory Beds (Vanilla Edition)

Description
More beds for your polyamorous pawns!

Mods that add polyamory to Rimworld:
I) Psychology
II) [RF] Rational Romance [1.0]

This mod is a spiritual successor of Polygamy Beds by Joseph with code being completely rewritten.

Features:
- Triple, quadra sleeping spots and bedrolls (avaliable from the start);
- Triple, quadra beds and royal beds (require 'Complex Furniture' to be researched, royal beds also require 8 skill in Construction - no more cheating for tribal start!);
- Penta royal bed (requires 'Complex Furniture' to be researched, 8 skill in Construction).
Stats are carefully balanced to be in line with Vanilla beds, graphics is updated.

Known issues
- Some other mods may interfere with game's miniaturisation mechanics thus making it possible to install/uninstall sleeping spots (and you may also get messages about 'Outdoor penalty' when placing sleeping spots outside).
Solution: move this mod higher up in the loading order.

yes but you must schedule them for that as lovin' happens only between two pawns. The game will check for available lovin' partner in the bed during their sleep and will choose the closes one accourding to its algorithm.

So with this bed if we have a pawn with multiple spouses will they all get the lovin buff if they're in the bed together?

The placement of the pawn in the bed is determined by number in its <id> subsection of <thing Class="Pawn">. It is assigned at random but you can change it by modifying save file.
Find your pawn in save file and you will see lines like this:

<thing Class="Pawn">
<def>Human</def>
<id>Human39051</id>

"39051" is the number in <id> here. Pawns with higher number will be placed on the right, pawns with lower number will be placed on the left. This number modulo 4 determines facing. If bed has its pillow up, 0 and 1 mean facing front, 2 is right, 3 is left.

That said, beware that compatibility of pawns is also calculated based on numbers in their <id>. So changing their numbers can affect relationship.

No worries! I am just a little bit too used to publish every update separetely since beta + a lot of modders experienced issues with multiversion compatibility of 1.0. However I do plan to keep all the updates and compatibility patches on one mod page starting with 1.1.

Ah, my bad. I totally missed you even listed it in your mod description. Guess I got too used to the idea of people just updating their 1.0 version in-place instead of making it a separate entry now that RW supports multiversioning.
