Can't even log in to play, after multiple password recoveries the game still wont let me log in through the launcher but I logging in on the website works perfectly fine.

The Skins and Pets I bought for my sister for this game are all gone. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scammed people's money by removing the DLCs. also to unlock "chat" to be able to talk like normal human being instead of stupid bot commands you get to choose from they will try to get your credit/debit card info just for proof that you're an "Adult" just to be able to talk. Hope that game will die very soon.
