I have an absolute blast playing with my friends, and it's good in singleplayer too.
DLC model is pretty scummy, it goes on sale for extremely cheap a lot of the time though so that's when you'd want to pick it up!

Fun and unique experience to be sure

Positives:
Pretty much overhauls how the navy works
New focus trees
Awesome as hell congress chart for the USA
Admirals are pretty much generals now
Added AMTRACS and amphibous tanks, which are cool
Added this new governments in exile thing

Negatives:

More expensive then like 57% of FULL games on steam
The new navy overhaul can be confusing as hell
Only a couple nations have to worry about fuel since alot of nations dont have extremely big navies
The US civil war can be REALLY one-sided at times
Sometimes _most of the time) Sub 3's and above are pretty much undectable. this makes it so that you sub 3s and 4s are pretty much the deciding factor of the battle.


Honestly its overpriced, I'd say its worth 16 dollars at most, but I really like the congress, new focus trees and other stuff. so i'd say I would recommend.
