i am a naval nerd, and this THIS GAME is THE BEST NAVAL GAME EVER
its a game ive been waiting my long life for
its a game that ive always wanted
IT....

• ....HAS dynamic AI, if they feel like they can win, they'll chase you. if they are weaker? they'll try to run
  
• ...allows you to design your own ships! now you can micromanage what your ship is made of and has! Trade speed for firepower or say "screw it, im making a floating impenetrable block of steel" or have a fleet based on hit and run tactics.
  
• ... is in Beta so new content is sure to come out soon (like multiplayer in a year or 2 possibly, maybe, hopefully)

like all games, especially ones in beta. It has some downsides
*Yes the campaign is bare bones but thats because it just came out of alpha. And if you're like me, who got the game in alpha the campaign is actually a ton of new content to play with.
*Yes the ai is a little finniky. sometimes my ships switch fire when i dont want them to. this is annoying but not a drawback. ships yours and the enemy will engage targets they see appropiate or what they can see. Like lets say your destroyers are near the enemy battleship. The enemy will switch fire from your own battleships and shoot your destroyers because they're near and torpedos are dangerous to battleships
*Yes the battles are a little weird. sometimes the enemy stops screening their convoy to attack your raiders which is ehhhhh, sometimes auto-resolving makes you loose hard despite having advantage but in that case never auto resolve unless you're waiting for the enemy surrender.

I can not express how much this game is required if you love naval history and combat. This is top 10 best games imo and the best naval combat game ever. With very little bugs and plenty of potential. the billion hours in alpha, and the billion more ill spend in this beta. *chef's kiss*

im the biggest coward when it comes to horror and being forced to go into danger
but this game is super fun when i have friends who are as big of a coward as me and we all wimmper in fear when a ghost makes a simple noise
would buy even at full price.
10/10 ghost are 2 spooky

very fun game with very minor things not ice about it
pros:
dynamic battles
forces you to be flexable with your planning
able to take control of tanks and men, which is really nice
very nice and replayable missions if you aint a multi kind of person
mods (hint the 40k mod is amazing :D)
cons:
if you are used to games like this such as Company of Heros, the squad system is kinda weird and annoying
pathfinding is a bit wonky sometimes but manageable
minimap is weird and map scrolling sometimes overshoots and annoying
overall very fun game that just takes some time to learn 9/10 gg

its not a dead game

ai is pretty dumb vanilla cand story is pretty good
but if you can find a unit and get some RP going
its super fun

good game. good mods.

awsome game!
really love burning hordes of russians with the flammenwerfer
