Fantastic game. Still haven't reached Baldur's Gate!

Edit: I made it to Baldur's Gate!

I'm only 10 hours in, and I must say, already one of the best first person shooter games I've ever played. I haven't had so much fun with a game in a while.

Edit: This is it. The pinnacle of FPS games.

A completely solid Metroidvania! I loved this game so much, to the point where I kept grinding after completing the whole game to get that sweet hundred percent. There was a lot of care put into this game and it has that wonderful feel of Castlevania with modern touches to it. I thoroughly enjoyed this game throughout my whole playthrough and can't wait see more from this series when I get to Curse of the Moon and the sequel!

This game is just fantastic for classic Paper Mario fans. I absolutely love this game. I like it just as much, if not more than Thousand Year Door, and like it more than the original.

I love the writing and characters in this game especially. A lot of the characters had a lot of charm and great character to them, even the less important characters during the side quests gave great stories that unfolded. The gameplay also was spot on, I loved using a lot of the moves in the game, and going around from place to place with new abilities as the story progressed felt great.

Speaking of the gameplay, so many bosses were memorable to me, and they felt fantastic to fight with the Hard Mode medal on, making a lot of the bosses a great challenge to beat, and it always kept me on my toes, and always felt fair. There was also a good selection of awesome songs to listen to during the game, especially during mini bosses and bosses, adding to their memorability.

I found this game incredibly hard to put down and constantly entertaining to play. I love it so much, it's definitely one of my favorite games on Steam easily. I would absolutely love a sequel or another game with similar style to this one. It's just plain fantastic and I wish I had played it when it first came out instead of waiting so long and wondering if it was worth my money, even though people said it was definitely a great successor to those classic Paper Mario games I loved so much. It definitely hit all of those reviews and even surpassed them for me.

TLDR if you love Paper Mario you'd easily love this game.

Easily my favorite roguelike game of all time as of this review. I just love playing it all the time, it's quite addicting, and the characters are quite interesting takes on the Greek gods which when I was a kid was interested in. I'm so far into the game and have played it so much and consistently, but yet I still want to play it often.

I haven't even finished this game yet and I can already say that this is my favorite Dark Souls by far. This game is so fantastically crafted from its bosses to locations to atmosphere, and the music of the bosses even makes an impact on their fights by setting an intense mood. The gameplay is incredibly solid and feels great when you get those good hits in. The boss fights are all fun to fight, and most of my favorite bosses of the series come from this game. I have been having a blast with this game since I first started playing, and I look forward to continuing playing for a while even after I beat it.

Though not as good as Dark Souls or Dark Souls III, I still think this game is definitely worth playing if you like the other two. It's lacking in some areas, but I still thoroughly enjoyed playing this game!

I've finally gotten around to playing this game, after the long time I've had it.

I love this game so much. I find it incredibly fun and challenging, but rarely ever got mad at it, only frustrated at best. There's something about this game that kept a smile on my face even when faced with tough sections and bosses. It has brought out such a dedication and love for a game that I don't have often. Though I would not say this is a game for everyone, it definitely gets a personal favorite from me. Looking forward to playing the rest of the series.

A fantastic rogue-like that's even better with friends. Very fun but challenging at points, and definitely something me and my friends come back to often. I've thoroughly enjoyed this game throughout its beta, and can't wait to see what more comes for this game. I'd recommend it to any fan of rogue-likes.

One of the best games I've ever played. The characters and story still stick with me and I still love them, and the gameplay is incredibly well made. The soundtrack also hits all the right spots with me, heavily orchestra-based. I love going back to this game every week or so to just fight most of the bosses again in the re-fight area. Ever since I first played this game I was really hooked and loved every second of playing it. I can't wait for the sequel.
