you only have two options for your genital design:

shave/ shape, tick.

long/ short, tick.

circumcised/non, tick.

piercing/ non, nope.

penis tattoo, no? what a huge disappointment.

I must say that i'm quite disappointed at the moment as the game itself won't launch due to the unreal engine installation bug or something, not sure if I want to refund it or not.

Early Access Review
This might be the most realiistic survival game I've ever played!

Pro:
-no minigun, rocket launcher, etc.
-you have to care about carlories, temperature, food, and so.
-fun!

con:
-a bit too cartoonish
-need more interaction in game
-more craftable
-get bored soon if you're not looking for a real survival game.

I'll give it a 9/10 in overall, keep the good work up guys :D!
