Don't listen to the elistist reviewers who write a book about the game (with basically 0 factual or logical arguments written).

- Wanna play solo? No problem
- Wanna do raids till 2 AM for fancy titles? No problem
- Wanna stealthbomb pvp'ers on an assassin? No problem
- Wanna RP, read lore, do quests at your own pace, immers yourself? No problem
- Wanna spend money on cosmetics rather than P2W? No problem
- Wanna mess around with people, have social gatherings and become a wealthy merchant? No problem
- Wanna be a thief, or an assassin, a hero, a lowlife, a toxic **** or an achievement hunter? No problem
- ........ you get the point now


PvE, PvP, Player driven economy, lore, skill>luck. Pretty much sums it up.

Yea you have some bugs, sometimes pvp is icky with balancing, sure there's issue's at times. Remember that it's a 10 year old game now. It's solid, play it, give it a chance if you want to

A pretty big game with lot's of extra content. If you are a fan of GTA or Saint's Row, you'll love this game. Same concept, different game.

Also the DLC adds zombie's :^)

Very naiz

The jokes, the deathscenes, the goblin. These 3 things are what makes this game complete.
In all seriousness tough, this game is a gem. It plays really well, has a good story behind it without stereotypical endings, overall an awesome game!

I feel like i can't review this game like other games, since this isn't about combat, graphics, crafting, monsters, mages, magick, classes, etc ... .

This game introduces you to hard choices, emotional ones, sad ones, happy ones and many more.
It deserves this and much more succes, and i hope the developpers make either a sequel importing the choices from the first game, or they make another story that's just as breathtaking as this one.

The Darksiders series is probably the most enjoyable series i've played so far, the story is just amazing.

Pros

- The combat feels good, not stiff or slow, it's fast paced.
- The story is good, like really good. Feels like i'm being drawn into the world of Darksiders.
- For as far as i've seen, not many bugs or glitches.
- Puzzles are well designed
- Getting all of the lifestones and wrath cores is a pain, but a good pain, it makes you feel like you get stronger everytime you find one of those things.

Cons

- It can be a grind if you want to level up your weapons.
- If you find all of the lifestones and wrath cores, you are basically immortal.


I'm a big fan of this game, aswell as Darksiders 2, so i'll give it a solid 8/10.

I quite enjoyed playing it, tough i had to lower the difficulty at the end boss from hawk to recruit.

Pros

- This is a hard game, if you have no experience with any type of soul game or even RPG's, then please play on recruit.
- Decent story, and the cutscenes are good aswell.
- Interesting mechanics regarding the usage of traps, crossbowbolts and dodging.
- It feels like all the decisions you make have impact on the story, that is before the end boss.


Cons

- Most of the voice acting was just meh
- You require multiple playthroughs to get certain achievements, like doing the game 4 times for 4 achievements isn't fun
- Some bosses were just annoying, forcing me to consume all potions i had to win the battle
- In the end, if you choose for a sword build, it'll be useless for the final battle


Overall i'd rate it a 6/10, pick it up during a sale or something :)
PS: This game contains some really vulgairly wicked language :D

I'm not much of a reviewer, since i rather just play the game.

I would recommend this game above Skyrim, above Dragon Age even.

Pros

- AMAZING COMBAT, not even joking, this is the combat that rivals dark souls, being able to hang on enemies to hit their eyes or heart, being able to target specific parts of the body feels amazing. This game has probably one of THE BEST combat systems/mechanics out there

- Good AI for followers, many will disagree, buth i just love how they are able to learn about monsters by witnessing you or another follower break the horn of a dragon, next time you fight the dragon, your follower will know to destroy the horn to weaken it.

- Good story, again allot of people will probably disagree, but i love the story. Getting your heart ripped out, venturing out to retrieve it, and at the same time fight some bigass cyclopses? YES PLOX

- The classes ( vocations ) are well done, allot of different skills to unlock, some which require certain equipment to enchance certain ability's. You can be a main class like fighter or mage, an advanced class like sorcerer or warrior, or a hybrid class like mystic knight ( best class imo ) or a magical archer. ( There's more btw )

- The dungeon Bitterblack Isle gives allot of new content, a new story and challenging enemy's. Being able to fight Death himself is already badass, being able to fight 3 dragon's at once is even more badass, being able to fight a former arisen as the hardest boss in the game with 2 forms, is just beastly.

- The leveling is great, like honestly, you have to know that leveling a mage or sorcerer will give you more magick at level 100, buth allot less HP and stamina, i made the same mistake. If you want to build a 5K HP Mystic knight, you better level a mystic knight from the start or a fighter.

- Overall good open world environment, offers allot of things to do outside of the normal questing.

Cons

- One of the few cons of this game, is the lack of attention it's getting.



If you haven't noticed it already, i'm a big fan of this game. Amazing combat, great AI for followers, different ways to make your follower do things, like prioritize helping you or teammates, killing enemies etc etc. ...

I'd give this game a solid 9.5/10

This game is exactly what it says it is, a non-hollywood realistic hacking simulator game.

The best one out there.

Can't wait for another part >:D 10/10 would buy it again

Don't be fooled by my 7 hours on this game!
I used to have Rust on my other account on my laptop buth couldn't transfer it on here.

First of all, this game has undergone a very big change.
The graphics are improved, the gameplay is nice and it plays very smoothly.
The game mechanics are also quite impressive, this is my own opinion ofcourse.

Things that could maybe change are small details:

-SINGLEPLAYER PLOX
-NAKED WOMEN PLOX
-Possibility to make IllumiRust signs (Optional)

Overall i would rate this game 9/10, frequently updated and beautifull graphics.
