This game was and is great. The exploration was vast, the visuals were resplendent and the gameplay was truly enjoyable. I cherished every bit of my time with this game and loved it so much. The unlimited variety of weapons, armour and items were unique themselves so there was so much stuff to experiment with. I've played Terraria before and personally, I think that Starbound is fairly better than it.

I could go on and say that there was an issue with the game, that it kept lag spiking whenever you'd go somewhere new, but honestly, I believe that I was at fault there. The boss fights were unique, so there was always a new challenge I'd have to face. I loved every aspect of this game and I definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys a big open world space 8-bit side-scroller game that is worth your time.
