If you need a new pc you basically get like a New one or a used one. Let's say it got an old i5 with maybe 8gb ram all stuff there. Maybe a new psu because if they die your complete pc dies. Meaning it's like 20 bucks for the pc. Then you could get an gtx 750 ti/ 1050 or an old gtx. Bingo you're done c:. Most people's don't have money so I always say go earn some through jobs or helping neighbours
