I'm new to this and wonder how it all works.
After you have chosen the sets you wish to purchase and have added me, you will need to put down the reservation fee as a down payment within 3 days from the time of friendship. When the 30 days of Steam friendship has passed and the sets of interest are ready to be sent, I will then request the full payment from you before sending you the sets.

Do I need to pay reservation for each set?
No, the reservation fee is a fixed amount and paid once.

Is the reservation fee deductible from the total cost of my order?
Yes it is.

Why do I need to pay for the reservation, why cant I just wait 30 days and then pay?
Reservation fee shows that you are serious for one, more over it will fix the price and availability of the sets you desired.

I have changed my mind regarding some sets of interest, how does this affect me?
1. You can change your mind as much as you would like, from changing/adding the sets of interest to not wanting any of them.
2. Changing interest from not wanting it anymore to want it back again could affect price as prices of the sets fluctuate.
3. Changing the size of your order could affect your discount if any are applied.

I have changed my mind regarding the whole trade, can I get back my down payment?
Down payments are non-refundable.

Can I view the sets of interest from inside Dota 2 client?
Yes you can by going to "Store">>"View Treasures">>"All Treasures">>"Collector's Cache"

What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept Steam Gift Cards & PayPal.

Cant send the Steam gift card, says you are not eligible
Steam places a 3-day friendship cool down before Steam gift cards can be sent as a security feature.

We have other currency domination in my country, how do I pay you in the currency you require?
Steam gift card is purchased thru steam and then is converted into the currency of my region.

Why cant we trade both your and my goods in Steam trading?
Collector's Caches can only be gifted. DotA 2 applies a 30 day gifting cool down.

How do I know I can trust you?
My Steam account is heavily invested into things like my Steam profile levels, I also have +400 Steam games and a large inventory of all kinds of cosmetics, I would not jeopardize my reputation nor my trading freedoms over some cosmetics no matter the size of the trade. I take great pleasure in trading.

Do you have a history of sold caches before?
Yes, Over several years of experience. You can see sent Collector´s Caches by searching for my steam username inside my buyers Dota2 inventories. I do not advertise people previously bought from me nor do I any longer ask their permission to do so, people choose themselves whether they want or not to comment on my steam profile.

Can I pay the full amount of my order on the first week?
Yes you can just as others before you has but I advice against it for the regard to peace of mind. No matter how secure you feel yourself, it is always more comfortable to wait minutes after you made a full payment to receive your sets rather than waiting weeks.

Can I pay half now and half after you send me the sets?
I cannot send you all the sets before full payment has been made. But I can send you sets equivalent to the payment made. If your order has multiple items of interest you then can if you wish it to pay for each set a time e.g you pay for set x and after delivery you pay for set z and so on.
