Just to preface: I absolutely adore this franchise and have played both Part I and Part II on PlayStation (and loved both!). I am so glad that this is now on PC as well :D

Now I think my experience of the game seems to be a lot better than for others...

There are still issues with game crashes and inconsistent FPS, as well as a few bugs and visual glitches, but for me these have been relatively minor (even since launch). The only major issues I've run into are both the hours spent building shaders and the fact that every time I launch "Left Behind" I always seem to crash during the initial cutscene (but it runs perfectly well if I skip this).

Once these issues are ironed out (in time), this port will be phenomenal and will live up to its PlayStation counterpart in terms of quality.

Overall, I would personally say to wait a while longer for it to be fixed before purchasing it (if you are still undecided about purchasing it now), however if you do want to purchase it now I would still recommend doing so.
