If the developer had put in the same effort in development as he did video editing, it would have been at least a fairly enjoyable game.

Sneed's Feed and Seed

Essentially Left 4 Dead but in the Warhammer Fantasy universe with humanoid rats instead of zombies, has better longevity with leveling and item grinding that almost feel worth it in the end.
The beastman DLC was a poorly implemented dissapointment that degraded the entire feel of the game in my opinion. Overall 8/10, would recommend for Warhammer fans of course.

Good balance between Arma and CoD

Love it as much as I hate it, can't deny the many hours sunk into it.
The key feature of this game is the hyper autistic community full of weirdos.

Mediocre through-and-through.
However, as any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, you can mask the bland taste of the base game with a wide variety of mods. Try out Tale of Two Wastelands, which combines F3 and FNV into one game all together.
