Why did they decide to make it online only? I only got to play like 3 heists with my friend before I kept getting matchmaking or login errors. Every. Single. Time.

This game certainly has come a long way since it's launch, releasing new features, the new map, the deep dives and forge system, and now the new gamemodes, miniboss and so much more!

Can't wait to see what the future holds for DRG!

I used to play rimworld before it came out on steam, since a very early alpha i believe. When i was browsing the steam community, and saw a rimworld review, i immediately dashed to my PC, and got busy working on obtaining the steam key.

It was a little drama obtaining the steam key due to the huge amount of traffic on the devs' servers, and i found myself frustrated a couple of times, but after a long time of doing, i finally got it. This wont affect my review though.

Rimworld is an extraordinary colony management sim, which combines PA and dwarf fortress. The game is frequently updated (credits to u ty), and such theres something to explore most of the time.

As mentioned in the huge list below, rimworld is a sci-fi, albeit realistically aimed simulator, and succesfully lives up to type with the amount of features it haves. The features all together make it very realistic-like, but thats not the end. The devs will continue on this game for a while (hopefully), and new features will arise.

In any case, this really is a recommender, since its lives up to the features it promises, unlike the big AAA games everyone talks about.

This game is definitely worth it. You should jump in straight, because this is the game which requires actual freakin teamwork aside from all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the other games say. This game is more than your average teamwork game. This... is fractured space.

The prices may be a bit high, but i don't blame space kase for attempting to earn a bit of money. After all, their servers require loads of maintenance, and this game will be in early access for quite a while. But it will all be worthwhile i believe.

Its nicely free to play. Although you can buy premium ships which unlock advanced ones early on, it won't go around your purse.

First to get this outta the way with, I AM aware of the sickening gankers, and other types of socialpathic mischaps, but lets get this outta the way with, because i've been flooded by messages about how this game is.

This game should be considered something not easy to accomplish. The game is a pay2pay game, if you don't follow: After you pay for a starter pack on steam, you must pay monthly subscriptions, or try getting an item named "PLEX" (Pilot License EXtension.)

For those who don't know what PLEX is, and how expensive it is read on below:

- PLEX is an item which allows you to gain one month of gametime or to be redeemed for one of the rewards below:
- Gain 3500 AURUM, a currency which allows you to buy Ship skins, and Character clothing, and other services (see below)
- Gain 30 days of a "Multiple Training Certificate". If multiple characters are used (to a max of 3) on a single account, and you want to train both characters, the "Multiple Training Certificate" gives you an additional training queue. Under no circumstances you may train 2 skills at once on a single character.

Now that PLEX is out of the way with, i want to talk about the statistics of how money is being made, and how easy this "PLEX" is availible to get.

"PLEX" at the moment of writing scales from 1 Billion "ISK" (Ingame Currency: InterStellar Kredit), to 1.5 Billion "ISK". "ISK" is relatively easy to get in small numbers (especially with project exploration, if youre willing to be bored to death), but getting something about 1 Billion in ISK is something very hard to accomplish.

It is very hard to explain how this game works (VEEERRRYYY STEEEEEEPPP LEARNING CURVE), but as far as i know, theres 4 main roles in the game (as stated in special edition tab):

- You can be a skirmisher, who runs through "combat sites" to eliminate bad ships (PvE) and gain loot in exchange. I am not familiar with this, because i never took this path.
- You can be an explorer, someone who traces down space anomalies (Wormholes, Data sites: Read down below, Relic Sites), "hack" the sites, and gain (expensive) loot in exchange. This is quite a hard path to go down, because it takes a lot of money to get the equipment to be prepared for this.
- You can be a colonist (youre not really "the colonist"), which "colonizes" (more kinda industrialises) planets and exploits them in order to gain materials, which can be processed at the planet into end-products, which are worth quite a couple of ISK on the market.
- You can be a industrialist, which mines asteroids (ore can be sold directly) for use in blueprints, whereoff the end product results in either a ship, a module, or whatever you can come up with, as long as its nothing out of the ordinary (Special (event) loot)

But its quite hard to get started as i stated before. It takes a lot of time to get the starting skills trained (Skill system), even with the Prototype Cerebum you'll get from start (A one-time use item, which you can't buy, which speeds up training speed considerably). Training times can scale up to 1 MONTH, which basically means you should've either sold your "PLEX" by then (to speed up using skill injectors, for ~667 MILLION ISK) or you would've used your first "PLEX" by then.

So, i wouldn't recommend this to the average player, unless youre sitting on a pile of cash, and you want to pay your first 12 months training skills using the subscription system. DO NOT (unless you want a lot of ISK at once) BUY PLEX, because its a LOT more expensive than actually taking a subscription.

Although my computer reacts very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on this one (15-30 FPS, which has something bound to resolution), i must DEFINITLY recommend this game.

Core of the game

You start off in a ship of choice (A cruiser, a stealth cruiser, frigate, etc.), and you must work together with each other to "find the Lost Colony". Although im not sure this is implemented yet, the goal of the game through my experience, says we need to repel the "infected", a organic apocalypse growing through space (and very lethal!). This may only be accomplished by buying nukes in exotic shops , or if youre a tactical genius, you may just find another way. In any case, teamwork is definitly a thing here, and tactics on what to upgrade, since the game has a "FTL-ish" styled increasing curve in difficulity, known as the "chaos level". This increases each time you jump, and you cannot counter the increase of the chaos level. Also, besides from being inside your ship, you can explore planets (which currently are static locations), board enemy ships (Better get a better gun first...), which really extends the potential of the game. I can't wait to see what the future of this game will bring.

But please fix the resolution problem, if this has something to do with the technical difficulities of PULSAR: LC.
