One of the best grand strategy games that balance between the tedium and historically authentic gameplay. I keep returning to the game due to the amount of patches and content added regularly.

Early Access Review
This game just keeps on getting better as you play. Of course it doesn't get any easier. I'm not a good FPS player and as such get rekt in every direct confrontation I get into. But being sneaky and watching more than shooting are valid tactics in this game. This has made me reach the top ten more times that I thought possible and once or twice win that chicken dinner itself. This game is worth the full price.

There are a lot of talk about hackers in the game ruining the experience and it is true. That being said, it is a game filled with 100 players and hackers are in the minority so your chances of meeting one is very slim unless you play with chinese players a lot. In all my games I have yet to see any blatant hacker disrupting my game.

Update: The more I play the more I start to hate the game. If this trend continues I will not recommend it and stop playing once and for all. In a game such as this, the survivors are supposed to fear the killer (ala Friday the 13th). But the killer is impotent most of the time and the survivors just run circles around it trying to farm points. This trend will have to die out if the game is to get better.

Pros:
-Addictive
-Good replay value even with same objectives/tasks per match
-Good variation between killers
-Suspenseful
-Fun with friends
-Requires skill. Not just a button masher.

Cons:
-Camping/Tunnelling by killers.
-No real uniqueness among killers or survivors at high levels as all perks are teachable. Anyone can become anything in this game.
-Matchmaking is broken. Sometimes no lobbies or players are found for hours. Even when players are found they are of vastly higher levels and playtime than you
-High level players can juke you all day long, repair generators in record time, self heal and survive hits to the face. It would be fine if it was just one or two players as can happen when people party but most of the time all 4 survivors are like that. Prepare to lose more than you win
-When playing survivor, hope you get good teammates because if not you will be left to dangle on a hook while they escape merrily.

After all that toil, I believe we deserve a bit of rest.

Geralt: That we do.

Perfect end to a perfect game series. This is the finale Geralt needed and deserved. The entire Witcher game franchise had been following the last of Geralt's great adventures and here in the end of Blood and Wine we see the master Witcher finally get to (optional) hang up his swords and get a much deserved break.

Bigger and better than Paris along with more content to come in the future. Easily playable for more than 10-15 hours. Definitely a step in the right direction.

No need for a lengthy writeup for this game. As it stands the choices are simple.

If you want a good singleplayer experience against AI that offers a challenge just like a human player would... Dont' buy this game just yet.

If you want a good multiplayer experience vs lots of human players that is also different and exciting everytime you play... Buy this game now! What are you waiting for?

Seriously, the AI is still a little dumb and pretty soon you will be the biggest player in the block when doing singleplayer. It gets boring in a while. But fear not cause it will all be fixed in patches very soon.

A great Hitman experience albeit a bit short. The same level over and over can only provide limited hours of entertainment before being tedious or running out of things to do. Although I suspect the elusive targets, contracts and escalation missions will keep the level from wearing out for a while.

That being said I already clocked in 10+ hours to master the Paris level and if that trend continues with the other areas, 60+ hours for a 60$ game counts as worthwhile in my book.

P.S.- There are some bugs but nothing worth noting. However the game is not well optimized it seems because it gives off the same fps whether the settings are cranked to max or minimum on my AMD Radeon 8850.

One of the best games I've played! Brilliantly balanced and fun to play. Very addictive.
