My name is Alicia Roadie and I'm an auditor for the IRS based out of Casper. We've gotten over 100 reports about disability fraud being committed by one person in Casper. We have investigated every claim fully and found that all of them are true. However, when we have attempted to contact the criminal we have had no success. Our phone calls go directly to voicemail and when we leave a message, he never replies. Our emails are ignored. We sent a notice to his apartment but it was returned with the words "stoped trole" scratched onto the front in green crayon. Does anyone know a way to get through to him? Any help is appreciated.
