This game beat my posterior, It's too smart for me and my need for cleanliness.

For a game that had under 2 years development time, Was using the already outdated Gamebryo engine, Had a trailer/plot so ambiguous on release and then to surrounded by other flagship games like ; Mass Effect 2, BioShock 2, God of War 3, Mafia 2, Red Dead Redemption, COD Black ops (Just to name a few), This game is staggeringly sublime and stunningly stupendous and solemnly stellar

This game doesn't just capture lightning in a bottle with the;
*Plot tree progression,
*Remake of the karma system into the reputation system
*Use of an iconic soundtrack
*Interesting & engaging politics
*World building oozing from every corner Obsidian could get their hands on
*Voice acting to shame most A-list celebrity actors
But your Chads at Obsidian set the bar whilst doing so, This could've (and might've) been one of the top games of decade. The only way this could be better is if they were to remake it and finish what they wanted to make. I would buy that in an instant and so would most of us because of how good and game changing New Vegas was.... Oh yeah the DLC's are top teir to boot also. 11/10

Do you like crashing and loosing the past 2 hours of progress?
Do you like your hard earnt loot, unlocks and rep reset every few months?
Do you like having the same 4 npc spawn?
Do you hate your time?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, then this is the game for you!
I will continue playing because I hate myself :)

For the love of god just avoid this game.

The Good: You get nearly 40 hours worth of gameplay for a game that is on sale (at this time), The graphics are nice and the port was done incredibly well. There are some new idea's added to this game like the hordes.

The Bad: For that 40 hours about 80% of it is just fetch quests with characters that you couldn't care less about for and a plot that is inconsistent.
For most of the game people are freaking out about getting attacked by a small amount of zombies, But this doesn't connect with the player because you slaughter hordes daily with ease. The Hordes are a cool idea, But they are so easy to defeat and the spawns are so buggy that they loose charm after the first 3 times.
The gunplay very basic, It's like they took it from Spec Ops The Line.
Even though this is a sandbox you have NO choices in the game/story.
You can break the game if you get bored and kill a few hordes before the plot is ready for it.
The ending feels unfinished,The camp at the end wasn't fully rendering for me and I would just see floating items everywhere
The game really isn't difficult at all, Even on Hard II.

Honestly, The first 2 chapters in the game were quite entertaining. Some slap stick humor and a bit of challenge with a nice environment to explore in this space sandbox with unique art, But it quickly changes for the next half of the game with linear exploration with no challenge and tired crappy jokes.

Found the later parts of the game so boring I couldn't bring myself to finish it originally.
And for my fellow loot goblins. Collecting items and storing them has to be one of the most painful things in this game.

Honestly, I can't do this piece of art justice, I can not think of even one thing I did not like in this game.

Everything has so much detail from the art of the world(s) all the way down to the difficulty, Enemies will behave differently depending on the current difficulty (the higher the difficulty the more aggressive enemies with different attacks). The telling of Norse mythology is done with care and with interest.

I can go on and on but the short and sweet of it is "It's worth the money and time". AND THIS IS JUST A PORT OMG.

Great game, A good rival to Saints Row 2 in story, gameplay and enjoyment.
The only drawbacks I would say is the weird driving.
8/10 Would recommend.

If I could get a refund on a purchase I made 2 years ago, I would with Daymare. Keep running into game breaking bugs, Models look like they came from garrys mod, and voice acting on par with 'The Room' makes this a regretful purchase.
