Game's great. It eats your CPU like a ♥♥♥♥♥ and severely disrupts my inputs but I really tried it and enjoyed it. Also they start you in the settings menu when you start up like a real gamer.

The game is very open-ended and encourages you to explore more than anything. You have to go in with a goal but are always welcome to play at your own pace too. Hello has kept the game healthy with its constant updates that bring something new to the table and shows how much they love their community. Come spend some time in space and explore if you want. Also runs great on Steam Deck!

Gameplay really makes you think. Like it's actually pretty good for a math3 puzzle game. Just don't play it for the sex scenes or you will be underwhelmed.

I love the environments. They perfectly fit the dead mall aesthetic that you would see in videos like Dan Bell's series. Great atmosphere. However, some areas are a bit underwhelming such as the Conference Room, which feel more like technical demonstrations of the procedural generation (which is cool!) but doesn't give much for the player to do.
The save feature doesn't seem to be fully implemented at the time of this review, so make sure you have sufficient time to play through the entire chapter in one sitting. I am looking forward to the next chapters.

It didn't meet the hype train's expectations, nor was it ready to launch when it did, but there is some fun to be had in this game. Lots of quests and stories to play through, gameplay is decent, and the game's stability has improved as well. Give this one a try!

UPDATE: DICE announced that the game will be receiving some "legacy features" within the next 1-2 months as of this review update. Their Season 1 has been delayed, re-scheduled to begin in "early summer."
Players who have bought the game with Gold Edition and above have been royally ♥♥♥♥♥♥. The extra bonuses provided in those editions have failed miserably to make them worth it.

Whatever you do, don't even bother with this game. EA has lost all of my trust with this disaster of a "live service" game that I EXTREMELY suggest you put your money elsewhere in the meantime.

Here was what I originally had to say about the game beforehand:
Battlefield but not Battlefield... For a love letter to the franchise, it doesn't have the love and attention to detail the details we loved Battlefield for.

Early Access Review
Haha cars go squish

Softbody physics are something I have always dreamed of seeing more of in games. BeamNG makes vehicles act realistic and accurate with their controls and physics. Crashing cars is so fun when you watch the car bend around a tree at several hundred miles per hour.

Best Features
• Realistic car physics!
• Customize the engine, the wheels, the internals, even the mesh of the car itself.
• Workshop and Automation modding.
• Large open worlds to drive around in.
• Some missions with fun challenges to play.

The go-to milsim sandbox.

There is so much fun that can be had with Arma 3. The controls are a learning curve on their own, and can be very clunky at times. If you can get the basics down, totally play this with friends and go on a public or private server to roleplay some missions.

Best Features
• Modding opens the floodgates for missions and mechanics.
• Customizing your character with clothes and weapons is always fun.
• Campaigns are a good challenge solo OR with friends.

Things to Note
• This game is very CPU intensive. High-end PCs can dip below 60 FPS during firefights in dense locations, especially with lots of mods. Make sure you can run this game!
• The controls are a steep learning curve. There are a lot of controls in this game, some include a context menu.
• Movement can be clunky at times. It is a simulation after all...
