-- Delete Folder "Core" \steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods
-- Delete *.* \Users\Admin\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld
--Verify Files: Right click on Rimworld game -> Local files -> Verify

Prison Architect - Stuck Prisoners.

Few have answers on this, this works for me:
Problem: Prisoners remain in Holding / Not escorted to cell.
Solution: Unassign all guards (regular / armed/ canine) from priority areas.
Solution 2: Look at work queue and see what is not happening. Direct your
efforts there on Staff. (i.e. remove jobs / rehire staff etc. but rehires don't work
if jobs are stuck)

despite super-modders. Less is more. <50 Plugins Optimum -- including fixes. <25 safer.

Common Crash Cause - Using BethIni wrongly -- using AF 16X
Shader Problems with Oblivion Reloaded - Disable select ones or folder.
