I hesitated to nominate this game as standing the "Test of Time" as this is one of my first childh[øø]d game. I was born playing it and who knows, I might die playing it. But there's another thing in this one of a kind precursor of the indie genre it's there's a "Game Within A Game". Yes you know what I'm saying, it's the awesome paddle war in The Secret of the Oracles!

I can't believe I had to nominate this game for "I'm not crying, there's something in my eye" award because like Schwarzenegger I never cry.

I only have 20 hours recorded but on paper I have eaten up this game quite a lot in my younger days & in offline mode which doesn't record hours played. All I can say is as much as I love the prequel, a.k.a the first Baldur's Gate, this game will always stand the "Test of Time" award no matter which game comes next in the future. There wouldn't even be your new favorite RPGs such as Pillars of Eternity or any other CRPGs.

I really hesitated to nominate this game for the "Test of Time" award but I settled for the "Villain most in need of a Hug"] which is actually fitting when you learn more about Sarevok's past & his rise to power. You may wonder how a Villain such as Sarevok could be nominated for such an award, I hope this[www.gamejag.net] will change your mind.
