A very addictive and well-made rogue-like, it's simple setup belies an incredible game.

This the first 4X game I've played that I actually really liked. It has a fantastic tutorial and good tooltips, and it's factions are incredibly flavorful and interesting.

This game confounds me. I looked at the story, aesthetic, and player options and thought this would be up my wheelhouse. But it isn't, simply because of the enemy and map design. I was kind of hoping for a co-op speedrunning kind of game, not a boring ass third-person shooter where the movement doesn't matter.

This is not "new player" friendly, and this is mostly due to the complex nature of the game and the hardcore playerbase. Get it if you have friends to play with/can teach you, otherwise pick something else up.

A fantastic game if you are into challenging boss fights, in-depth melee combat, and creating and tackling long term goals. Grind is reasonable, as the game allows you to play with drop-rates to a degree. Co-Op through story is very clunky though, the game would be better without cutscenes.

Very entertaining, would recommend it if you liked works such as Inversion, Dreaming Mary, Undertale, and Higurashi.

I'd consider this a flash game in disguise, or perhaps a decently made mobile game. Only get it if it's around 2-3 dollars.

A fantastic action RPG. Although there are a lot of references to past games, none of it's super needed to enjoy this one. I'd also recommend Ringed City, but don't get Ashes of Ariendel. If you can get it for $40 that's a steal.
