It's been an extremely long time since i came across a game that had me as immersed into it's story and art as this one, then you tap on the sound track and its orgasmic.

I've never EVER been a fan of plat formers, simply not my style. But i saw a review and decided to spring 20 bucks for it.

I did not expect the punch to the gut in the first five minutes however as the feels game in strong.

Ori and the Blind Forest is one of the most polished and well designed game in an extremely long time, it feels so organic controlling Ori and the puzzles and maps that she navigates through are never the same. I was suprised at how little if any repetition was utilized in the game as I never noticed anything that seemed to duplicate itself. The difficulty curved very well with the abilities that were unlocked and i had a blast simply revisting places i was went through due to now having additional abilities.

50/10 is my score, i've no idea when a game that had this reaction out of me will be on the market again but this studio astounded me with both music and art that I literally had trouble leaving the game.
